Ingredients
15 oz box Raisin Bran Flakes
5 cups flour
5 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 T. cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
In separate howl combine:
4 eggs - well beaten
1 quart buttermild (or skim milk with 1 T. vinegar)
1 cup oil
1 cup honey
Preparation
Mix Raisin Bran Flakes with dry ingredients. Add to egg and milk mixture and mix thoroughly. Place mixture in airtight container. It can be refrigerated up to 3 weeks. Let rest at least overnight. Bake in greased muffin pans 18 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
