Ingredients
1 Cup Crisco Shortening
2 Cups Boiling Water, Pour over Shortening
5 Cups Flour
3 Cups Sugar
5 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Quart Buttermilk
4 Eggs
3 Teaspoons Salt
4 Cups Nabisco 100% Bran
2 Cups Kellogs All-Bran
Preparation
Mix together all ingredients. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Will keep in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
