Ingredients
1 egg
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup whole wheat bran
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flaxseed
1 Tbs baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside. Stir wet ingredients into dry. Add 1/2 cup raisens or dried fruit and 1/2 cup nuts or seeds Divide evenly into muffins tins Bake @ 375 for 14-17 mins
