Ingredients
1 lbs Hamburger
4 White Pearl Onions minced
29 oz Tomato Sauce
12 oz Tomato Paste
14.5 oz Beef Broth
2 TBS Honey
1 ½ TSP Salt
1 TBS Freshly minced Thyme
1 ½ TBS Freshly minced Oregano
2 TBS Freshly minced Basil
2 TBS Freshly minced Parsley
2 Bay Leaves crumbled
4 lg minced Garlic cloves
1 TBS Freshly minced Marjoram
1 TBS Dry Italian Seasoning
2 TBS Freshly minced Cilantro
2 TSP Chili Powder
1 TSP Cumin
1 TSP Paprika
3 TBS Red Wine Vinegar
4 cups shredded Colby Jack Cheese
12 oz cooked Rigatoni Pasta
Preparation
Brown ground beef. Combine all ingredients except pasta in a large deep sauce pan. Bring to a boil reduce heat to simmer and simmer for 60 minutes. Cook pasta according to pkg.. In a 13" x 13" x 4" casserole dish line bottom with 1/2 sauce, then layer with 1/3 of cheese, then layer of pasta, then layer with 1/3 of cheese, Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 covered for 30 minutes.
