Beef Brisket Recipe
Ingredients 10 pound beef brisket 1 1/2 cups catsup 1 cup water 1 tablespoon dried minced onion 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1 tablespoon cream style prepared mustard 1 teaspoon black pepper Dash of cayenne or chile powder 1/2 cups liquid smoke (colgin) 2 teaspoons salt Preparation Combine all ingredients except salt and brisket. Pour over brisket in non-metalic dish. Cover and refrigerate over night or several hours. Add salt, cover, bake at 300 degrees for 6 to 7 hours....
