Beer Batter Fish Recipe
Ingredients 6 fish fillets oil for frying Marinade for Fish salt & pepper 3 Tablespoon Lemon juice half tsp peri-peri spice Batter Mixture 1 cup self raising flour 1 cup beer 1 egg pinch of salt Preparation Marinate fish for 30 minutes. Make the Batter Mix flour , salt & beer together. Add egg yolk to mixture and beat well. whip egg white until stiff , fold into the batter.
