Ingredients 2 boxes (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box 4 cups fresh blueberries (2 lb) 1/2 cup plus 2 teaspoons sugar 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel 1 egg, beaten Preparation Heat oven to 400°F.
