Beef Alexandra Recipe
Ingredients 1 lb ground beef 1 onion, chopped 3 cups wide egg noodles 3 cups tomato juice 1 tsp salt 1-1/2 tsp celery salt 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 green pepper chopped 1 16-oz container of sour cream Preparation Brown ground beef Add onion and cook until transparent Add tomato juice, salt, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce and stir Bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes Add chopped bell pepper and simmer for additional 10 minutes Remove from heat, add sour cream and mix well Let stand for 5 minutes and serve
