Ingredients 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup water 2/3 cup shortening Preparation Preheat oven to 450°. Sift 2 cups of all-purpose flour into a large bowl. Add 1 tsp. salt and mix. Measure out 1/3 cup of the above mixture and place it into a small bowl. Stir 1/4 cup water into it to form a paste.
